Build quality? Overall square footage?

Looks nice and all, but of course the land you need to cough up yourself ("Location!" x 3)...and we all remember what Lex Luthor's old man told him: "He said, 'Son, stocks may rise and fall, utilities and transportation systems may collapse. People are no damn good, but they will always need land and they'll pay through the nose to get it! Remember,' my father said..."

I can just imagine what the instructions are going to look like for these

Knowing Ikea, it'll probably get worn down and collapse within several years.

I bought three of them yesterday. They're pretty nice, I put one in Los Angeles , Atlanta and Miami because I'm in and out of those cities year round. If you have a few bucks to spare, I recommend getting one.

Prefab , or modular, houses that aren't trailers have existed for yrs. I don't know why some of you seem to act like this is new or surprising. In many cases, they are built better than traditionally built. You see it more often with apartments, office buildings, and shopping centers but they do houses that way too. I looked into it a little bit but none of the companies had any previous relationships with any of the builders around here so I was like %*$% it.

http://www.hivemodular.com/ does some great designs

Forgive my comprehension skills, but I believe the furnishing is entirely from IKEA, don't think the house is made of particle board.  I'm sure they have building codes in whatever neck of the woods this is.
I know it isn't a major metro area, $87K for a house like that

.  I'll take it in a heartbeat, even with replacing everything on the inside entirely, it would come out cheaper than some of the junky homes going over $150K in LA,
