QFT. I can live with a bulky, slightly heavy Bron sig because that's what I've grown used to by now (ZLII-ZLIV, etc..). But what I cannot live with is this stiff, awkward Hyperfuse/Flywire crap they're pushing so much. I'd love to see leather re-emerge on a few X colorways, and I'm not talkin about patent.
I'll most definitely cop at least one colorway because I do like the design (probably a triple black for me). I can live with the reversed swoosh and definitely with the tongue tab. Just give me some leather, Nike... :rolleyes

i would like to see a leather version too. Someone said they are going to bring leather back, but i dont know when or for which shoes.

Maybe they'll do a V1/V2/V3 type thing with the X's like the did with the VIII's. I'd be cool with that anyway, if just a few c/w's used leather/synthetic and the rest were Hyperfuse/plastic/mesh. Wishful thinking probably.

It's not even about looking better for me. It's about having a shoe that is closer to what he wore. Maybe take off the flag for the release version so that his are still PEs.

Haven't bought a lebron since the IVs. They are making it so easy to pass. I can't believe what his line has become...

Pure entertainment in here, so I stay in the know on releases, even if I don't want them.

The second swoosh on the inner side of the shoe kind of does it in for me. It goes from somewhat of a joke, to a complete joke. I'm glad a few others feel this way about them thus far. That second swoosh just rubs me the wrong way entirely.

Again, another lebron with minimal overlays or true thought... Triangle cut out here, another one there, a midsole with some angles.. Wait, what about the swoosh.. Let's put it in backwards... And no offense to the designers, but they get rewarded with the thought that these are special (due to sales likely doing so well)... Nike has become the mcdonalds of their industry. This product may have signature comfort and cushioning, but the design is so utterly lacking, it's sad.

In my opnion, had they just taken the entire inner side of the shoe, and make it the outer, it would be 10 times better...

You could wear them backwards on your feet, but you;d still have to deal with the ugly outer portion...

What I meant is that it's a .5 version of the Lebron VIII V2. It's a sig shoe - they ought to push the envelope.

My gut tells me that they go with an easy to manufacture design so that they can toss these on Nike iD.

Careful Wally, with the way Nike's designing the sig line - the Lebron XI could be the mirror image of this one! :lol:
 
You have got to love how lebrons warm up pants are pulled so the cameras could make sure that there were good shots of his shoes.,,,
 
will the USA's be the first CW to release? around when do you think they'll be coming out?

the design kind of looks good in certain angles, and especially in the action shots.
