Can someone do a photoshop of the Floridian Xs without the Rear facing Swoosh near the heel and a smaller, minimal swoosh on the toe?
I'm just wondering if the shoe would have a higher "Signature" appeal with those changes.

This is how you keep Nike branding on a shoe without having the shoe rely on it.

I do hope the textured swoosh makes it on the final version.

These shoes look too generic of a nike hyperdunk shoe to pay 200 dollars after tax for them. The shoe isn't ugly but it is not distinguishable to pay that price, knowing the lebron line. They are going to come out with colors that look dope as hell but i don't know why they got that lame *** tongue though. Without that tongue, nobody would know what shoe that is, and i wouldn't either. But hey thats just my opinion. DO WHATEVER THE **** YOU WANT TO DO

Nike OD's with the stupid swoosh on certain shoes. Yeah, Nike, people won't know it's your shoe in this day and age of social media.

redid the Floridian color on the previous pic.

This colorway just doesn't work with a black base. White would be so much better as the base.

Initial impressions:
Overall like the design of the shoe, but......
There's no reason for the upper to not be leather. Performance is not an excuse.
Medial swoosh on the toe box looks bad. Stands out too much. Should have just made it embossed and the same color as the upper.
Offset collar looks a little funky but I don't mind if it serves a purpose.
Looks like the pair in that picture has the same insole as the 9 but it'll probably be different on the final pairs.
I'll wait to reserve final judgement but I definitely don't see why these constitute $180. Even if the zoom/max is off the chain.

I agree with you on the plastic portions being too rigid. Flywire/Hyperfuse kicks aren't too comfortable for extended casual wear either.

I'm a staunch follower of this line but apart from a few design cues, nothing really separates this model from the rest of Nike Basketball.

Wasn't a fan of the Floridian IX's, and not a fan of the Floridian X's either.

I am looking forward to seeing other colorways of the X's

I don't see why there is so much hate on the 9s? The pics we have seen of the Xs make them like steel toe safety boots compared to the 9s.

These two things should have happened. As well as the jeweled nike swoosh. The tongue logo/tab is unnecessary as well. It's a good looking shoe, but couldve been so much better.

Just like I thought. SMGDH. I see nothing that constitutes a one hundred eighty dollar price tag. 145, yeah. But after taxes in NYC, that's two bills for plastic in pretty colors.
At least attempt to give some leather, even synthetic leather, so it can look like a two hundred dollar shoe
Edit: They've gone with a painted on swoosh, instead of the raised jeweled version as well.

i agree the shoe looks ok to me.  Nothing great and with that $180.00 price tag smh I'm gonna pass on this pair.  I hope I like them better in person.
