For those who are a bit hesitant about using Nikefind or the Nike product searching methods, here's a basic step-by-step. I just did it with an item that was in the outlet over two months ago and the entire process took me less than half an hour.


1. Chat with a Nike Customer Service Rep.
2. State you are looking for a product and give the style code. Speed up the process by finding the product code before hand.
3. If the product is available somewhere, the Rep will give you a list of locations along with phone numbers.
4. Call the numbers, request the product. Some may have them, some may not.
5. Place your order over the phone with credit card; ask for a manager (for general safety).

What's considered a 'non-clutter' comment?



Anything that provides info. A flaw in a B-Grade item, a store that will/won't price match, and so on. If a question has been answered, don't beat a dead horse.

Hey, I just wanted to say thanks to those who posted about the Jordan V Metallics a couple of weeks back for $119.99 at the Nike Outlet in Orlando. Not sure if they're B-grades, but aside from some minor glue residue and a spot with stitching that seems to be off - these are great overall. Just got them - from Orlando to Seattle.
 
Brentwood TN had a couple sz 10 kobe V "ink" (54.99) some hurache tr lows in scattered sizes(21.97)...also fsr of aj1ko premium but that's about it...
 
DB 95s at the San Ysidro outlet on the hash wall...saw a few 8 and 8.5s, not sure about the bigger sizes... $99

Question, if we have the item number posted we can order the shoes directly? Or do I have to go to a Nike outlet here in Michigan to make the purchase ?

Only the number posted with the item number is guaranteed to have the item in stock. They do phone orders though, shipping is generally 5 bucks plus the state tax.

Mind you, I made sure they had my name and correct sizes right before I hung up. I call back today to complete my order and come to find out, they were supposedly on hold for another person

Do Nike outlets price match other Nike outlets? I asked for a price match from an out of state store, they said it's against their policy. I don't know if they're bs'ing.

san leandro spot supposedly sold out now. located 4 more stores with them, but they want 99.99 and none would price match.  i know y'all been dealing with this for a while, but these no ship/no price match store policies are kinda arbitrary/misguided.  got the runaround on the reasoning calling the diff stores, but all sounded like blanket policies to prevent reselling and/or out of towners from copping. ah well.
