What is the most disgraceful and pathetic NFL Organization currently?

It definetely has to be the DETROIT LIONS but the Raider Nation is not too far behind.

I would like to put the Bengals in this discussion. Not so much because of their record but because of the way they act

The lions and the rams have a good team, maybe not record wise but they still are good teams. i say atlanta because of the loss of michael vick.
Calvin Johnson, thats it. Steven Jackson, Isaac Bruce, Torry Holt and other injured players.

The Atlanta Falcons are the most pathetic team by far and no other team is close.
Okay so they lose their starting QB, does that mean the team is allowed to pack it up and call it quits?? The Falcons gave up even before the season started. The Falcons are not true professionals, okay they feel for their friend and teammate, but damn they couldn't play without him. Then their head coach quitson them. So now the players are messed up now the coach. Then when the Falcons try to turn things around and sign Bill Parcells, but then he pulls a fast oneon the Falcons for the Dolphins, leaving the Falcons looking straight up stupid.

Okay, the Dolphins had the worst season this year, but lets take a look why.....
The Dolphins lost both starting safeties in the first few games, then are starting QB gets knocked out for the entire season also in the first few weeks, thenare Pro Bowl LB gets his bell rung and does not see more than half the season, then are best WR gets traded away mid season leaving the team without a true #1WR, then the worst thing of all are starting RB tears his ACL towards mid season and was having a Pro Bowl season leading fantasy football by a wide margin. The Miami Dolphins lost almost their entire team. It also doesn't help when the Dolphins are in the same division as the NE Patriots , who the Dolphinshave to face twice which guarantee 2 loses.
So I ask you take any and every team in the NFL and have happen to them what happened to the Dolphins - from the beginning ofthe season take away both starting safeties, best LB, best WR, best RB, starting QB and that pretty much does it.

Lets take the Colts for example - No Manning, Addai, Harrison, Bob Sanders, A. Bethea, G. Brackett, yea the Colts would be struggling to win a game.

I was going to sit back and let you guys argue this one out, but this clown has to be dealt with. I hate when people only watch the news and nolittle fact about anything... So let me give you what you have been missing.

So the Falcons "gave up before the season started"? Of the first 8 games of the Season, the Falcons won 1 and got flat beat twince, once by MIN (andif you saw that game you knew it was close until the fourth quater) and once by the NYG. The rest of the games...

ATL @ JAC - lost by 7
CAR @ ATL - lost by 7
ATL @ TEN - lost by 7
ATL @ NO - lost by 6
BYE

Even with God awful Petrino coaching and Horrible Joey Harrington as the QB the Falcons were still contenders in almost EVERY game they played this season. Andyet they couldn't play worth a damn? Another reason your ignorance is amusing.

Individual Performances...

Michael Boley
Yea you don't know about him because he plays for the Falcons... go look this kid up, He has 109 Tackles 93 Solo 3 Sacks and 4 fourcedfumbles. Yes all career highs.. The kid is a beast and played that way the entire year.

Roddy White

http://www.nfl.com/players/roddywhite/profile?id=WHI472686 Receptions 1202 Yards 6 Touchdowns - He did this with 3 different QBs throwing to him, and is also the FIRST Falcons to break 1000 yards since Terrence Mathis in 1999

DeAngelo Hall
You dudes bad mouth Hall, and most times you have a reason, not this year. He came up with 5 intercetiopns and only gave up 2 touchdowns passesall year while racking up 70 tackles. Not only are those pro bowl numbers but QBs rarly even threw in his direction.

I didn't even mention Keith Brooking, Lawyer Milloy or John Abraham

But you want to make excuses for the sorry Dolphins and say its because they didn't have certain players? Did you forget who the Falconsfranchise QB was?!

So please, next time do some research before you speak.

Ah but the organization's 2007 record is only one factor. Yes the Phins were hit by injuries, but guess what it's a bottom line business and theyfinished with one of the worst records in NFL history. They chose to trade for an aging Trent Green who was already injury prone, they chose to pass on Quinn, and they chose to trade their "Pro Bowl WR" at midseason (who was averaging 69 yds and 0 TDs per game on the season). The R Brown injury yes wasdamaging, although they were 0-7 with him. Your team wasnt entirely crappy because a few guys went down. It was crappy because they have no talent pool comethrough from their drafting and it's caught up with them.

As was mentioned earlier they have over a half-decade worth of draft picks that arent even on their current roster, they have tried about 20 different QBssince Marino, and they currently have no idea what performance they are getting at the QB position in the near future. They also are starting over yet againand are probably at the bottom of the NFL going into next year. Miami is a proud franchise, as are most NFL franchises. But lets face it that entireorganization right now is right up there in this discussion.

I was going to say its not worth arguing with that guy, but definitely proved your point well.

In the future, Atlanta might be in trouble, because of the whole Vick thing.

However, as the worst franchise as a whole, it goes to the Detroit Lions. Im sorry in advance to those lions fans out there, but its been years since we couldtalk about the Lions having a good team and a good year. This year they were on track to do some damage, but the Lions ended up tanking it, just like everyother year. However, I do give props to the Lions fans out there that still stick by their team.

which is exactly why they will continue to be a horrible team.
