do these fit true to size, i somehow got through on eastbay two hours later, and im deployed in afghanistan. i was was so shocked because i didn't truly want them, i have alot of great condition retros from back in the day that i hardly wear, but i never had a pair of patent leathers. so i decided to do it. so i hope they fit true to size, i got the olives shipped here as a gift and they are a 12 and fit snug, and also have a pair of kilroys i ordered in a 11.5 so now im skeptical. so any feedback on how they feel would be great. thanks

Very true to size..

I'm just curious, do you guys consider 240 a "hookup price."
2 of my buddies asked me to get it for them weeks ago but didnt give me the money beforehand. I ordered from uk sites and the total was like 232 and I asked them for 240 and they are questioning the price...

I would throw them on craigslist instantly. Get $300-350. That what it pays off your pair. Win Win for you

anyone got shipping confirmation from size ???

size will just say dispatched when you look under order status on their site.... my past experience also was that they didnt double box. just put my cement 3s in a bag.

u shouldnt have gave up too early, there will be more chances to get em for retail or close to retail

That's what it's looking like, might try to double up... but being married + 2 kids + Christmas time = I probably miss any restock.

Paid $300, so not complaining too much. Got a good quality pair with zero hassle.

i had the same experience with size...box was beat up

Yeah, that's crazy. The CDP XIIs weren't bad, but the CDP XIs have got to be by far the worst Jordan release I've ever owned. Sold those not long after I got them. Extremely uncomfortable and poor quality.
DMPs on the other hand, you pretty much have the last XI retro where they got mostly everything "right", minus the reversed Jumpman. And I know for me personally, VIs in general are in my top 5 Jordan models, so that pack had everything right to me.
The reason is, I didn't wanna own any of the CDPs (although I do own some of them). if I were to have CDP 11/12, I'd never wear and just display shoes in front of the packaging. I really liked the concept, but only for that pack in particular. I see that pack more of a Jordan collector thing as a Jordan fan, more than a shoe thing. Just my opinion I know.

500K in circulation (if it's true), isn't really that much. Let's say this is for Size 8-15. About 35K per size when considering 1/2 sizes too. That really isn't much. I am sure 10-12 have more numbers but still, I can see why thee were sold out quickly.

I'm sure this has been brought up several times, and I'm sorry, but this thread moves too fast and it's a mess to sort through.

For those of you that got through on FNL, did you ever get a shipping confirmation?

I got through on the mobile site, got an order confirmation but never a shipping confirmation.

Both of the other sites I got them from both gave me shipping confirmation e-mails.

On FNL.com, it shows that the order status is complete, and there's a tracking number, but it isn't updated enough to show any progress on the package. :nerd:

if it's already been stated, what's the quality and fit like? Do they fit true to size? How do you compare the quality to past XI retros? TIA.

how about hanon shop? any shipping confirmations, starting to worry that im not getting a pair not knowing if HS is reliable

Ah...well I guess it doesn't really matter then. If you planning on buying to wear, I'd say you're better off with the 2012s or the 2 older releases, though you'd have to watch for sole separation especially with the OGs.
