Sucks, but you can't really fault anyone but yourself by not choosing the gift box option.
 
i dont really understand eastbay. it seems like with all jordans now they are triple boxing. i got my 9's in a fitted box and then they put the fitted box inside a double box. i had a tower at my door when i got home. Why then would they put the pennys in a bag.
 
Ive order shorts and socks one time form them and they came in a box, order many pairs of jordans that all came in a box, but they throw these pennys and my girls uggs in a bag and its my fault to think they would put these in a box too? ok a**hole
 
Ended up getting a $15 gift card for the damaged box. Talking bout "we ship that method to get shoe out faster". Bs. They just a cheap *** big business shoe company. If smaller companies like Jimmy jazz can double box why cant eastbay. I'm done with eastbay and all footlocker companies online if it ain't Jordan's

Lame, still beats karmaloop shippin my blue toe questions in shipping box that had half an inch less depth then the shoe box... why double box if the outside box is going to crush the top of the shoe one -.-;;;

Although with eastbay I feel ya. It's what's made them a second choice for me not a first look
