Jerry Rice has a problem with Moss sort of

On PTI they reported that Jerry Rice pretty much took it as an insult that Randy Moss didn't care more about breaking his record on Saturday night.

What do you guys think about this? Does Rice have a legitimate beef or should he just get over it?

I personally think its not that big of a deal, but hey what do I know
 
Rice has spoken on this issue before... he made it clear that even though what Moss is doing is incredible, he did it in 12 games, so his means more...(orsomething like that)

JR loves the spotlight, so him talking to the media any time he gets a chance doesnt surprise me.

on the field rice is great and all...but the way hes acted during this past season has been hella lame...whiny little chick
 
I have no idea why jerry is salty. he comes off as an idiot getting mad over this.
 
I thought it was better that he didn't say much about the record. Focusing on the season & the playoffs coming up. I don't see it as a big deal.
 
Doesn't Rice have a dance show to do or something? I hope Moss goes to SF and unretires Jerry's jersey. Word to Steve Largent.

Moss isn't supposed to care about breaking the record during the season, not openly. It's supposed to be about the team, last time I checked

Rice is about himself. All those people who think he's such a team guy are fooled.
 
pretty pathetic that rice is salty. the bitterness of rice realizing that moss is the true goat is starting to sink in. he was probably expecting moss topraise rice in the post game conference, and instead moss nonchalantly says it wasn't special. that record was nuffin to m o double s

Rice was never known for his off-field personality. I guess I should expect this type of behavior from someone who plays flag football competitively against abunch of out of shape 40-year-olds.
