Paypal Help

Bought a pair of Melo M7 Advanced homes. Ups delivered them to the wrong address, my old address. Don't know why Paypal used my old address from over a year ago.Went to old address, dude claimed the Ups driver dropped them off on the doorstep. Dude said when he opened the door the driver was walking away and the Ups driver said oh you are home, can I see some id? Of course dude was not me, so according  to dude the driver took the package back on the truck. Called My home Ups three times, dispatch said driver left the package and bounced.My question after a long story is, is paypal in the wrong for using my old address?

Yeah, I updated my info over a year ago. just called pp, basically said take a $210 L cause my old address was still on my account. Want to go to dude's house and .... Nevermind the Lord will deal with him.

ups or usps never ask for ID

ive been gettting packages be it expensive or not for years and have even be outside playing basketball in the middle of the street and walk up to my house when the truck is getting their and they just ask my name and hand over the package...so yeah hes lying
