With Nike, I'm the same size in 99% of the time, but in rare instances, 9s and 10.5s. Hell, my Adidas EQT Supports, I'm a 8.5.

Goes for most dress shoes. I can pretty much go a full size down on every one.
As far as boots go, I wear a 9 in almost every Nike I own, but I can put on a pair of size 7.5 Wolverines and might still have a bit of space. Those things are huge.

just talked to a Nike rep and she said my order (from Friday) hasn't shipped yet because apparently they have to "search the warehouse for stock" because they might have oversold.
