My first pair of trainers were the Electric greens...first pair of racers were the MC's. Both when they first released too. Ohh how times have changed

First pair were oreos, watched them sit just like ya did with other colorways. Then I remember somebody here posting a picture of Lebron wearing em a couple months ago and saying resell hit $300+

My very first pair of flyknits were the university red/black flyknit racers. I was able to get them below retail from ebay.

It seems that most peoples first FKs were after they got hyped.  I put 200+ miles on each of my  lunars, trainers, and  racers before they ever went on eBay above retail.  Trainers felt most comfy for 3-5 miles. Racer were better for longer distances. Lunars are to bulky once I got used to trainers and racers.

FKs have been the best running shoes hands down across the board for me.  Now, in order to get them in somewhat decent colors, I have to keep up with their releases via a forum.  Thanks, Kayne.

I've personally used racers only in a couple of 5k races so far and they do feel great. I haven't put that much miles on them yet but for Lunars I've gone at least 200+ also. I have yet to run in a pair of trainers though. In my opinion I like the feel of having more support with the Lunar 1+ when I run. Racers are great too but for the way I run I prefer the Lunars. But regardless FKs are one of the best running shoes on the market as of right now and in my opinion you can't go wrong with what you choose either it's a Lunar, Trainer, or Racer. Also I was surprised of how durable the Flyknit is after running in my Lunars for over a year now. They still haven't ripped yet for me.

How do the trainers feel when you run in them? Is it like a Racer but with a little more support and more padding?

Flyknits were hyped from the jump due to all the US athletes wearing volt trainers in the 2012 summer games. If you weren't lucky enough to find your size for retail, they couldn't be had for any less than $220ish on the secondary market.

Ran a half marathon with the volt racers when they first burst out GR, comfortable overall on street/pavement, lightest shoe I ran in ever.

The blk/wht trainers that I got next was worn to the gym and have been wearing these said shoes casually, all around great shoe for the daily, as every flyknit trainer/racer

I shouldn't admit on here, but I'm no sneakerhead. I only found out about the "hype" when I was searching ebay to replace my white/black trainers and followed a trail to NT, looking for an answer to why they were so expensive.  Mine are beat to hell and I don't run in them anymore since they are great for dailys and I'd like to extend their longevity.  This has really opened my eyes to how much influence a celebrity can have on an image of a product.

Besides RRS, what's the next cheapest place to get new racer colorways? RRS just canceled mines and told me they sold out even though I ordered on 11/30. Pretty bummed about it.

Just tried a pair on today im usually a 9.5 in all of my shoes i tried on the Racers in a 9.5  but the toe area felt narrow but i was wondering do they take a while to break in , should i play it safe and get the 9.5 its a great deal .

They typically break in for me after a couple wears. Initial wear it does seem a little narrow for me as well, but after awhile its the best fit for any shoe imo. I would say I have "normal" width feet and go TTS

I really appreciate the advice they felt great ,light I was just a bit confuse about the toe area ... they felt just fine and I had a ton of space in the back of the shoe . Wasn't to sure if they run this narrow .

Recently just emailed them and they replied me with "In fact, you ordered one of our most popular items and we've temporarily run out. Good News! ...you are at the top of the list for the next delivery scheduled to ship to your door on 1-12-15" praying real hard it won't be cancel :frown:

RRS is full of so much **** its not even funny...when you call them "congratulations, you have been bumped to the front of the line, you can expect someone in exactly 3 minutes!" every time. Give me a break!
