Since when is heel AND forefoot zoom less desirable than forefoot zoom and nothing in the heel? Why so little love for the trainers ? The upper on the racer is nice but nothing in the heel for $150? Now we got air Jordans with nothing in the heel with a higher price and they are still selling well too? What's going on? Where are my Flyknit trainer brethren?
My exact mentality. Also Nike selling you wayyy less material with racers. Nike got you guys. They realized they could make way more money off the racer so they stopped producing the trainers. It's sad that Nike gets everyone with this. I think most people in here that have had both shoes agree trainers >>> racers any day

i still have my pair from when I ordered them hoping they would be MC racer from the RRS shenanigan, they have just been sitting in my room. Contemplating if I want to return them, or try rocking them

Found a pair that's a size big for $230, wondering if I should. I hate paying over retail for Racers but I've wanted these MCs since photos of them were leaked. I just didn't have the money for shoes for a while...

1 whole size bro? That's a stretch, no pun intended. They will be way too big in my opinion. I wear a 9 but my neos are a 9.5 and I slightly hate them because of it.
You could try steaming them though, I've heard of people doing that, never done it. Maybe I should steam my neos.

I mean it depends what you use them for... For durability, yeah trainers. For actual running (yes I've ran in racers) and for aesthetics (for me, to compliment my wardrobe), then it's the racers. "Nike got you guys." Get off your high horse man. People like the shoes and they buy accordingly. Yup, they really got us all right!

You ever realize that people have different opinions? From day one, I as well as many others preferred the racers. Looks better and I like the fact that it has less material to shed some weight. Lighter and more comfy to me in this Houston heat. Also, the Trainers seemed much more stiff to me but then again, I've only worn them about 2 times because I preferred my racers from day one.
But I'm not going to sit here and belittle the folks that prefer the trainers. Do as you please, buy what you want.

I understand that others have their own opinions and I'm totally fine with them voicing their opinions. I personally believe that the only reason Nike discontinued trainers is because racers were just cheaper to produce. And I also think the trainers look better to ME and I find them to be most comfortable for MY uses of the shoe.
Sorry I went a bit too far with my first post saying "Nike got you guys" but I really think that if both both racers and trainers became availible tomorrow in most of the popular colorways the trainers easily sell way better than racers. Just my opinion and I also value everyone else's opinions.
