Are we just assuming that the NDC restock will be in large quantities? From what I've noticed at FTL and Nike stores, they all have received very small quantities in their recent restock (NT NYC is an exception). I don't think the NDC restock is going to be GR level stock quantity. Hell, bots have already claimed quite a few pairs last week and this past weekend.

I have a feeling they will announce this on twitter before releasing since there has been so much hype on this.

How were you able to order online? FTL.com and searching the sku?

I was referring to people who bought over the weekend when inventory was on the server but not on the live site. Only bots could get them bruh.

That's called a stock locate. All stores have the ability to do it but very few salespeople will actually take the time to help you with it. 
 
Agreed, I spoke to my local FTL rep and received confirmation that a store about 60 miles away had it but said an order couldn't be placed to ship to store or home. Going to try another one on a less busy day and see what they say.  Thanks to the members who've assisted with their tips! 
 
I did speak to a Nike rep via phone instead of Live Chat and got much more help so I'd recommend that when trying to track down sizes/colorways. She even went through the entire Racer colorways over the past year to now to help me find a size. Unfortunately, most are gone but still a nice gesture nonetheless. If you're looking for the Purple colorway in 10.5 or the Yellow/Crimson, she was able to locate a couple stores and was willing to call them and put a hold if I wanted. Hope this helps!

Correct. That's what I told everyone who PM'd me who didn't get what I was saying in my original post.

I guess the best way to put it, for all those asking, is to go into Footlocker when it's not busy, ask the manager or a sales rep to do a stock locate with the SKU for the Racer, which can be found in this thread. They will be able to tell you if your size is available to order. It sounds like everyone should  be able to then order it for you, either to the store or your house, but whether or not they will be willing to is completely up to their discretion.
