there should be a sticky for the cleaning/steaming process instead of answering the same questions over and over again.

This past visit (we see each other once a year), I was able to give him 2 pairs I copped before Xmas for him. He was excited to wear them as soon as I told him they were his haha. try using another insole from your other shoes to see if it makes a difference before buying a new pair of insoles.
