Black/Whites set a trend though. Since then Racers been way more in demand. The Oreo 2.0 was sold out in a couple of hours on nike Eu (although I think they will restock). Currently there are no Racers widely available in a full size range here. Would have been different some months ago.
 
if you're talking about bw racers black tongue, those have been only this year, theres barely any racers that released since bw racers black tongue. And any that did release did not sell out until months later, many which are still available. bw racers white tongue could've still been had months down the line after their release.

neo turqs (original ones) were selling at a good pace but wasn't completely disappearing as soon as they were up. I was able to get 2 pairs, one at separate weeks apart from Nordstrom and another running shop early 2014. They were also well before the bw racers black tongue hype. I do agree that bw racers black tongue did get the train rolling, and i don't expect the oreo 2.0 to sit. But theres still a WW release coming.
 
Not wanting to sound like some sneaker douche, but i really hate the fact kanye and kim wore racers which blew the hype up ridiculously, i remember getting my first pair 2 yrs ago they had full size range of bw white tongue and black grey at factory stores after the gr in proper stores..same with neo torq they didnt release in aus but a full size range was dropped in the factory store and sat for weeks..
