Roll some newspaper up and stuff the shoes with them and leave overnight, that should absorb the smell.

i bought some racers via invoice and he shipped em via usps media mail , should i be worried? tracking hasnt updated yet it looks like he only purchase the shipping label either though he said he shipped em out yesterday

Last time someone did media mail the shoes only had to go about 90 miles and it took 5 days.

media mail is considered first class and not priority, and will only ship out when theres room for the shipment on the truck. Might be a few days before you see any action on these. They may actually show up at your door before they scan them again. Some people are just so cheap lol

I bought some with cigarette smoke smell and was able to make it go away with the following:

1. wash the shoes with pillowcase method or regular shoe cleaner (Air Legends/JM)

2. Stuff with newspaper until they dry

3. change out newspaper for dry newspaper and dryer sheets

4. throw back in the box or bag with any shoe deodorizer kit (I bought mine at walmart for $5 or so)

I actually forgot about them until a week later when I went to go put on another pair of kicks. When I opened the box, smoke smell was gone. 
 
yeah mines are coming from texas... i cant believe he cheaped out on me it only costs like 6.xx for texas to ca shipping via priority

I did this on my first pair of B/W Racers. Just a little faint in color and had a bit of a sheen.

For a quick and easy job...it turned out fine.

But I eventually used Angelus and the flywire matched the black flyknit perfectly.

@tliu91  Did you happen to cop your pair from one of the Outlet releases last fall (Portland or Woodbury)?

My pair from Portland (right) also has the "9999999999" on it. My non-outlet release pair (left) has a random number. I wonder if all the outlet batches have that numbering.....

swooshlife, not that those are any of my sizes are anything I'm looking for, but please refrain from posting live links as 1. it is against the rule, and 2. you might be ruining someone else's chance to get them under the radar when you're exposing it all out (not that no one has heard of ebay). But still, I was able to pick up some steals because some people just wasn't searching for it daily. Let the people who put in work to get their pairs. No hate towards you or anything.
