Shout out to whoever posted info on the HOH drop. I got extra lucky and was able to get them to hold the last size 10.5. Had to leave work for these (back now). Good thing my job happens is near the galleria. The chick who held them was the real MVP though. What I don't get is how the stock is basically all but cleared out by the time we even hear of the release. It's got me thinking do resellers literally camp at stores on the daily waiting for stock? Like who's buying it up so damn quick? Some life they must have. Idk glad I got mine somehow. Good luck to all, I know needed it.

Glad you finally got your pair. As for your question, my assumption as well as stories told by real employees is that some employees are paid or given some money to tip off some resellers as well as some employees have friends who they tip off to come clean up stock. Another reason could be that they tend to hold some stock and try not to sell out right away. I went to F23 during ASW and I asked 4 different employees about the Flight 23 NYC 1's and they all said completely sold out and never restocking again. For about 2-3 weeks straight, it restocked once every weekend in mass quantities. Most of the people who knew about the restock were tipped by employees and friends of employees to clean up that stock.

Nice to see that a lot of NT is cooking. The Nike.com release should be interesting tho. Problably the first racer to sell out in minutes. The last release was all bs with the backdoor.

Yeah it's crazy how employees and managers low key work hand n hand with resellers. No way some runners should be selling out so fast locally. Damn shoes just released today. Too much hype. If they're constantly restocking them I suppose that's a good thing for those who still need them but LAWD.

It's not "low key".

Every store / manager has bulk buyers / resellers they work with.

You're right. And the simple reality is if a manager shoots a text to a friend 1/2 an hour before things hit the floor, it's enough to make it so the average person will never see a pair. I try not to get too pissed about it since there will probably be restocks or some new shoe I want next week.

One day shipping from Nike is no joke. Got them in less than 24 hours. From Portland to Miami.
These are very dope.

I stopped in H.O.H. (in Oregon) to return some of the Flyknit TR Fits and figured I would ask just in case.  The lady said "we get new stuff all the time..."

Obviously.  I'm not sure if she was confused about what the Flyknit Racers are or was just being shady.  I'm assuming that if they got them they were going to employees or something because one of the other employees told me he liked my black/white Trainers.  It's a shame it's so difficult to get shoes for retail these days though.

No problem. Every HOH in Houston told me on the phone that they have 8.5 then skip to 10.5 it sucks because I called Baybrook at 3 and they had all sizes but by the time I got off work my 9.5 was gone :smh:

East coast people. Gotta wait for a bit I think. Shipments probably gonna arrive in a few days.
I'm prolly the only one from NC on here but just an HOH update for those who may be: Raleigh is a no go, manager doesn't know the racer from the Lunar's /which we also didn't get/

lol. nah i'm not much of a runner, i do deadlifts and squats in them - i know, not like they're much better for those either but i'm still alive lol.

You're better off squatting barefoot lol. I have a difficult time squatting in low sole profile shoes, can't imagine roshes.
