Didn't someone just mention that the Volt trainer was an INACTIVE product? Confirmed by Nike.....

Like where your heads at! How good would it feel to get the Volt trainers off NDC and maybe even at a sale price. Wishful thinking!
 
Tbh, I'd rather see a restock in Blue Glows or Red Trainers (Nike corporate, are you listening 8). I have a pair of Volt Racers (shouts to NTer sole searchin) and another pair of Volt Trainers would be redundant.

Not debating which is better between trainers and racers, just an overload on the same color. I have too many volt colored shoes anyway (4 pairs of Volt Lunareclipse 1s when they first came out back when lunarlon technology was the thing :lol: )

Total Orange Trainers were an inactive product too. Same goes for some other restocked Flyknits. Nike probably has backstock of these things and just waits for the right moment to put them out.

I believe that a majority of these "restocks" are buy backs that nike has done.

When certain companies sit on shoes - mark them down, and still don't sell - nike will buy the product back at a cheaper price than they originally sold to that company for.

There are MANY runner retailers across the nation that prob sat on these products.

Nike buys back at a price that they still made initial money off of - then throw it on their site at a discounted rate, selling quickly.

It's a business, nike is a powerhouse.

These shoes aren't being reproduced and then "restocked", when nike says the product is inactive... I'm sure it is.

But doesn't mean a store in North Dakota isn't/wasn't sitting on volt trainers and orange trainers.

I don't mean any disrespect, Hammertoe, but can anyone else confirm that all the trainers are available on swoosh.com?

I can't seem to get a hold of my cousin right now to check for me, but would like to deposit money in her account, to stay one step ahead when I ask her to place an order for me.   Assuming that the trainers are indeed on swoosh.  

I'm asking for your help, please.

I can confirm, all of the trainers are on swoosh. You may have to look for them but they are all there.

You should be safe with about 1.5 sizes down.  Steam em for good measure.  That's just your left foot.  Full size down on the right.  Steam the right foot twice as long as the left.

damn i was trying my best to not buy shoes for a month but how could i say no to the orange trainers for $130 shipped?! lol ****** Nike!
 
I have a sz 10.5 mc racer going back to the store... If u want them hit me before tomorrow..
 
Ended up returning two 9.5s MC Flyknit Racers at Nike Outlet in Bergen County, NJ if anyone needs. Not sure what their process in upon receiving returns of shoes they don't normally stock.

Got my black/white trainers in. Aesthetically, compared to Racers, Trainers are kinda wack. Personal preference. Thinking of not returning these Trainers and copping the black/white Racers. If only they would go on sale.

If MC Racers were your first pair of Racers i can see why you say that. The other two tone cws are definately not as appealing as any Trainer IMO. But the MC Racers and the new yellow Racers I can say are in my top 5 favorite flyknits.

Size 10 Racers are a bit tight...only reason I bought a 10 was cause my 10.5 Trainers feel loose unless I tie them relatively tight.

Will they stretch out after a few wears? I usually wear Elite socks with everything, im thinking of wearing thinner socks with the Racers til they hopefully stretch out enough.
 
Received the volt racers from ndc today and noticed the box tag was all white, with a black font. anyone else receive a pair that way? the shoes are def legit

Also, the prod dates were early to mid 2012. Just wanted to share in case that helps clarify that it's not STILL in production.

MC racers showed up today. First sneaker purchase after 4 years of sneaker abstinence...:lol:. Now I'm thirsty to pull the trigger on a second pair...:lol:.
