no, they're just overlooked and now sought after because they're a first gen cw that hasn't restocked. people just want what they can't have, hence the hype around blue glow trainers

I think the color-blocking on them is great. The black ones should have been like that.well, the day i bought it was the first day of the grand release in hong kong, only one shop is selling it
i was allowed only to choose from volt racer and sequoia...
it is too hard to pick the right choice, by that time i feel like volt is too high profile for me
but i feel like volt should be the right one afterwords, you know that feeling
i didnt blame the shoes but i then seldom wear them....
what's the significance of the sequoia's. I find them very average looking, but there are those who love the hell out of them. were they limited or something?

guys, for anyone still looking for the black trainers, i was able to call nike yesterday and they still had 10s and 10.5s (sorry, those were the only sizes i asked about).
the lady on the phone said it was $150, but i mentioned to her that it was on clearance for $120 before it got taken down. so, she was kind enough to apply a 15% discount AND give me free next day shipping and it came out to $127.50 shipped (no tax in NJ). gotta love nike

The Sequoias do seem meh in pictures and it is true they are simple but they are like the multi lunars 1s. In the shade they look black but in the sunlight they actually look green. Its a very clean CW. The first wave is hyped more just like roshe first wave, and these are toughest to find compared to the rest of them. Its funny seeing new ppl on here going through exactly what i went through; buying a million pairs back to back to back. It's like Pokemon "Gotta' Catch Em All"
Them looking close to the HTMs has nothing to do with it. I'm pretty sure Siirkus knows who Hiroshi Fujiwara is because he does have the a couple multi HTMs. If he doesn't shame on him

I don't think it has anything to do with people wanting them because they look like the HTM Lunars. The color is a shade of green. I love the sequoias. The colorway grew on me, but when I finally decided to scoop them up after I got the colorways I liked ..they were sold out at 21 Mercer, NDC and NTNY. -____-
