How many days ago after you got them? I think the 14 days only relate to the price reductions due to extra discount coupon off clearance. But if they mark down a shoe, they will do the price reduction even if it is after 14 days. I don't know exactly how many days. Probable 30 days. That's what happened with the Black Trainers.

if the price drops within 14 days of you purchasing the item, you can get reimbursed the difference. if it drops after 14 days, you get nothing.

I got mine 20 days after purchased. I didn't have to explain it either. I just chatted and gave my order number and told them that it was on sale then they gave me a refund. They didn't mention the 14 days.

Most likely eBay or Instagram is your best bet. I had tried calling Nike customer service for a few weeks looking for 9/9.5 with no luck. Eventually I got lucky on ig for retail.

I actually have another pair coming in the mail. I think I may be done with trainers unless they are produced with no padding which I doubt. I'm probably going to focus on racers now.
