For dope factory shipping i ordered blue glows last Friday and received them this the following Monday. Crazy fast shipping. You should get tracking tomorrow. .

lol thats why. Mine came out to 148 tho

How long did it take you to get your pair from them?
I think like 3 or 4 business days

faster than ordering from nike.com, and they shipped from Italy

I quoted the guy who was contemplating black or white trainers directly from Nike and we can all take it as a fact that at this current point in time, there is virtually a 0% chance of getting unpadded versions (of said colorways).

1. I did state "directly from nike." Dope Factory isn't Nike as far as I'm concerned.
2. Volts and blue glows ONLY came in unpadded versions, so it would be quite obvious that they will come unpadded.

I was responding to the statement that you cant get unpadded trainers from Nike and then i gave examples. If the original poster would have said you cant get unpadded black or white trainers i would not have responded.

That's b/c the volts and blue glows were never reproduced in a padded version.

The black/white and white/black were widely reproduced with padding. The unpadded versions are dated (OG) and are long gone. If you get one of these off a NDC phone order, you're 99.999999% of the time getting them padded.

I cannot believe I'm even explaining this. Thought this was easily common knowledge.

The unpadded (OG) versions are not long gone. The links I posted are just a few examples that they are still out there for under retail direct from a shop.

Dude...seriously? Do you know what context is?

If i start a paragraph talking about black/whites and white/blacks...and the next sentence I state that the unpadded versions are long gone. You should know I'm still referring to black/whites and white/blacks.

Furthermore, I then go on to say that there is a %99.999999 chance you'll receive them with padding from a NDC order. Sooooo...what other colorway would leave a REMOTE CHANCE % at getting an unpadded version? Obviously NOT the volt and blue glow B/C we all know they were never produced with padding.

Come on mate.

Direct from a shop =/= direct from nike = nike.com

Learn to read bruh

Let it go ahhhnth, I knew what you meant. It's mostly common knowledge for flyknit followers.

Only thing people need to know is that no trainers were produced with padding from the first year of releases. Two of the colorways (black/white and white/black) were reproduced with padding. I was the first to point it out on the forum but am too lazy to find my comparison picture of the volts and the black whites. If you're trying to buy these two said colorways...chances are likely they will be padded. You can try ebay for unpadded black/white and white/black.

Carry on.

Repped. Is there a coupon code or something? I dont see how it converts to 143 US lol

I just said F it and copped. $148 shipped for me.

How long does shipping take?

Damn I need a 9.5 in the volts you guys think i should try to squeeze into a 9? :x

depends.. i have 9's and a couple of 8.5's in trainers and racers.. i was able to stretch the size 8.5's a bit to where they became comfortable.

And my dope factory package came in really quick and it did not smell like cigars.

If 9.5 is your true size, then you can squeeze into a 9 with no socks or using very, very thin socks.  The knit will stretch, but obviously the length will not.

I have 6 trainers.  4 are size 10 and 2 are size 10.5 (My true size) and i use thin socks for the 10s and regular socks for the 10.5s and it works great.  Mine are all unpadded, however, so that makes a little difference.

thanks for the input guys, I will weigh my options, or I might pull the trigger on those 9's

If 9.5 is your true size then you can definitely fit them. Even if you are a size 9.5, then they will fit. Might take a little to break them in so that they stretch, but you will be good.

Picked up some chukkas and frees.

I will really start enjoying the frees in warmer weather when I can wear them without socks.

The chukkas are just as amazing as I thought they would be.

Paid $80 for the frees and $110 for the chukkas. Both on eBay (DS).

Dope factory has both of the trainers below unpadded for $143 shipped. Shipping is crazy fast.

Volts - 7,9,10.5,11,12.5,13 http://www.dope-factory.com/flyknit-trainer-65021.html

Okay so what's the deal with the whole padded and non-padded trainers? I only own a pair of lunars so far, and I'd like to know before I cop my first pair of trainers
