Besides the silhouette. The Racers have a lighter upper (more pores) and forefoot zoom cushioning only.  The Trainers have heel and forefoot zoom cushioning and a higher heel-toe drop.

Nah...only laces that look good in my opinion are the original laces. I'm okay with the ribbon laces as well.

I got these super thin drymax they are super comfortable and really wicks away moisture. But they are a bit expensive and they do peek out so not truly no show socks.

I bought some in bulk on ebay from china with some silicone backing so it won't slip, it's coming in the mail should be here by march. These ones look really low and should be truly no show, I'll let you know how those work out I bought those in bulk like 12 pairs just to mess around with.

Ah I see what you meant.  Yes, the original laces on those racers were ribbon.  What @IRyBreadI and I were saying is that the original laces on the first wave of trainers and racers had round laces that we prefer over the current ribbon laces.  As in, the laces used in the HTMs and the first drops.
