I've gone through everything: TTS on Padded/Unpadded trainers, 1/2 size up & down on unpadded trainers, TTS on racers, 1/2 size up on racers...my pick was TTS on everything hands down, didn't matter padded vs. unpadded trainer or racer

you wanna stay TTS for the racers. Flyknit material is quite flexible too, your feet will be swimming in them if you size up .5
