Here are the photos of the volt trainers. I found them on SneakerNews.com via this link. Nike had them on for display & for folks to try on at the Penn Relays. My manager's son tried the racers on & loved them. He said they were extremely well ventilated. I love that Fujiwara/Fragment is somehow involved in the design process. Hope it doesn't make me sound like a hypebeast, but it kind makes me want a pair more.

Using only one color in the weave completely changes the look of the shoe. It almost looks like a completely different shoe.  You can really see the ventilation in those photos. Thanks for the pictures.
^^verysteri otypical, thanks for the review/info and the second round of detailed pictures. I cant wait to get my hands on a pair.  Or I guess my feet in a pair.

I was thinking the same thing. It looks very plan with one solid color on the upper. I was hoping that image is from a proto type because the multi color looks much better. Even if they used just black...

  
 
^ Not really feeling those one-color uppers. They have to be prototypes, look where the swoosh is placed.
 
def don't like those monotone uppers as much. only if they were mostly black or some other conservative color so i could wear them to work everyday.

I'll take any of the pairs in the photo too. My boss' son that tried them on at the Penn Relays said they were very well ventilated so much so however they probably shouldn't be worn in the cold.

What are your thoughts since you own a pair?
 
the racers are essentially like wearing a second(thin)sock. i havent worn them without socks yet but i believe Cement has. as far as wearing them in the cold i dont think it would matter if you are using them solely for running cause the heat from your feet would compensate for the cold air. however i wouldnt recommend wearing them in any snow or or freezing water cause i imagine that would make them become uncomfortable very quickly haha...

I haven't worn my racers without socks...only no show black socks.  You could go sock-less in these comfortably though no doubt.
 
the collection pic of 9s just makes me sad to see (in my eyes) how much the black/white/volt pair stands out from the rest. i shouldve just resold mine to fund a purchase from a reseller to get my size. ugh. the racers are looking good too though. i just hope the wider release of these pumps out some nice colorways.
 
at least they went to a good home.
wish i had another pair. they would be great to wear on my upcoming trip but i don't want to beat these up too badly. 
 
yeah thats why i didnt mind letting them go. i knew i wouldnt see them get flipped. b even gave me extra since i never have change, but i sent him $ back on paypal the other day haha.
i probably wouldve tried to sell them if i saw a 10 for sale though. only got these newer trainers everywhere now though, that look like they could be GRs. lucky bastard.

the voltish pair from the second drop looks like the midsole doesn't match the collar and that really held me back from bidding on those.
