hi, if you dont mind me asking, which shipping service did you use to ship to SG? cos my jades from RRS to CGW had delays here and there, and now CGW is taking more than a business day to ship out the items at their side (even though they promise to ship out within one business day)...

Not sure why they didn't double box yours. My past couple orders have all been packaged pretty nicely, hopefully the volts I have coming in are as well. But RRS has some of the most friendliest and accommodating customer service agents I've ever encountered. Voice your complaints and i'm sure they'll hook you up with a discount code or something
