I been fortunate enough to not get a crushed box but do what some others here do and just order a pair from ndc, swap boxes, and return back to ndc. It's a headache imo for a box.

i suggest contacting them to find the reason. if they recently cancelled its possible they havent had a chance to contact you yet because theyre still checking inventory vs purchase orders.
Sadly yeah mine was cancelled too, ordered the sail/volt first day they came on rrs. Ordered 2 pairs of 8.5 and the next day when i checked my order status one of them got cancelled, no email notification or anything. Sent them an email and they replied saying the shoes are unavailable and that an email should have been sent. A few hours later i received that email but it said both my orders got cancelled. Pretty bummed out but the exact thing happened when i ordered the uni reds from them previously.
