They charged you guys when you preordered? I thought they dont charge your card until they ship the shoes out?  When I preordered back in Nov, my card wasnt charged. It was just charged a day or 2 ago.
They charge, or rather, put the amount on hold to make sure you have sufficient funds. The holding period differs depending on your bank i believe. When i preordered, my money was on hold for ten days before it was released. Once RRS ship the shoes out they charge you again, this time it being as payment. This applies to debit card payments, credit i'm unsure of.
Oh ok makes sense. I am assuming you guys used a debit card. I used credit so I never saw the preauthorization hold.

By charge, I mean a precharge to make sure funds are availble and is refunded within the day. Then when the shoe is shipped out, another charge is placed.

Lunars are super comfy as are flyknit frees. So are the flyknit air max, might be the best of the bunch in terms of comfort FWIW. I just hate how awkwardly big the toe portion is on the flyknit frees makes my foot look like an alien.
So why are the trainers popular? I tried on a pair and they felt like they barely had any cushioning and didn't feel comfortable at all to me. Are they popular solely on aesthetics?

Erm trainers actually have the zoom unit in the forefoot and heel while racers have the zoom unit only in the forefoot.

So trainers actually have more cushioning than the racers.

Both of my 9.5 blk/wht racers shipped out; got the confirmation saturday.

Also know someone else who had the same size and shipped that day as well.

shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii....did you use the return label in the box? I just rejected the package from fedex and got my refund about a week later.
Dam! yeah I did use their return label. she tracked it and said it wasnt quite at their facility yet. I was all worried because i just slapped the label back on the box (bag) and gave it to the post office.... didnt think to fill out any return paperwork. i later saw on their site that it says to fill out the return sheet. they said i was fine... i'm even more confident hearing about your situation tho.

paperwork, schmaperwork. Just another hoop they make you jump through I'm sure...You'll also have to call back after the original refund because they'll take out that $9.xx fee.

RRS is legit and has great customer service from my experience.

You really think they are in business to scam you?

Talking like a bunch of liberals.. just give it time and follow the return policy.

Patience guys, patience

RSS is good company but not reliable for limited/high demand shoes or timely refunds

Been good to me for several years until the "MC restock" this month. Once it was known it wasn't MC I tried to cancel but couldn't, asked to reroute back once shipped, told to pay $12, stated it was listed wrong, had to c/p NDC page to prove point, he agrees to reroute at RSS expense and even says he has confirmed the reroute. Receive package following week. Called FedEx and they said no reroute on item but could just return as refused. Still no refund as of today. They have always taken extremely long with refunds, have had orders canceled in past and the funds would be in limbo for weeks.

Agreed, I've never had any issues with RRS, at all, including this MC debacle. I rejected the kicks and got my refund. I just simply stated to the CS rep their color code was wrong and they refunded me no problem and they ate their fee which they usually charge for returns.
