Yea that's what they told me as well anticipating the rejected package but come refund day, it was taken out from my total refund.   Nothing a follow up call didnt fix.

Nobody is talking about being scammed and just because you had great experience doesn't mean everybody else did. Nice attitude on life, "I'm gucci so everybody else must be too."
 
Pre-ordered b/w back in June. Size 5 shipped out last week for the lady but my 9.5 is back-ordered till later this week, maybe next week. 

Did anyone here receive a 9.5 from RRS and pre-ordered recently? Wondering if they skipped my order for some reason. 

RRS always has good customer service in terms of their customer reps but their inventory system is lacking big time. Had to go through hell to get oreo racers after they screwed me.

im in the same situation as you with the "MC" restock return. Still havent gotten refunded and when i called they told me the package was in their warehouse, this was a week ago...
