Look like RRS took down ALL the Flyknit Racers currently just to fix the inventory on the Black/Whites...or at least that's what my page is currently showing.
 
Y'all need to stop bugging RRS reps. If they ship - cool. If they cancel - just wait for NDC. Its not that hard to grasp
 
Some people got to chill,  RRS and their reps aren't really in the business of catering to snakerheads. Lay off them and wait for the NDC stock to go online.

I completely disagree. While I'm not the type to call and complain, those who want to have valid reasons to complain. This is a company that routinely cancels orders for products that are up as legit, and not a "mistake" like last night. Maybe this will improve their system.

Keep on complaining people. I command you.

i bought my b/w from ndc and they got shipped this morning. ups tracking says i'll get it by today!!!!! WORTH the retail price imo! esp since ppl swear on discount codes for rrs only to be notified their orders were canceled! WELP!
 
Oops I mean they were shipped out Tuesday. Finally read the email this morning! Either way, I'm too stoked! I think NDC will have it back up. And they aren't notorious for canceling ppls orders! And there have never been any color ways exclusive to rrs!

Since most people don't read previous posts, I think we'll see about 15 more posts alerting everybody that last night's "restock" wasn't actually a restock. To be fair though, people are just going off of what the site says so no one really to blame other than RRS and their ****** online inventory system. I mean this has been going on for how long now? smh

So RRS reps will cater to people who are not considered sneakerheads?  The way I look at it, everyone is a customer and as a paying customer, folks have a right to call and talk to a rep to check the status of an order, one of the many tasks a CS rep has is to answer questions from customers, no matter who they are. I agree there is no reason to continue to call and bug them to see if an order went through or not but it is not the consumer's fault they have a crappy inventory system and sizes popped and order confirms went out.  I havent called myself but for those that are not patient, I dont think theyre at fault for calling to inquire. There are always those people who are needing a little more attention...

Maybe I didn't make my point clear. I think the reps should treat everyone equally and be attentive to all needs. But I would imagine RRS reps usually aren't flooded with numerous inquiries daily about one shoe. Being inpatient and overwhelming these  people won't help. They probably don't understand all the fuss over these haha. 
 
Cancelled my order and talked to Chase to refund, didn't feel like waiting a business day or two for RRS to refund.
 
Fine. Y'all wanna keep bugging RRS for updates on your orders. It's a proven fact they've got inventory problems and customer service reps don't know exactly what's going on. Some say it's a glitch and they'll all be cancelled. Some people's orders from Nov have been cancelled while orders from Dec have shipped out. Pure madness. Like I said if they ship - awesome. If they cancel the order - no big deal, divert your efforts to NDC

lol @ all the peeps who jumped on RRS, like I said many times, Nike.com or bust, can't trust any third party retailers
 
comes with the territory of being a customer service rep tho. you get calls, you need to answer them. dont like your job, get a different one. it sucks that rrs does this to ppl but ppl want answers esp when theres money involved. i get it. rrs is sloppy. to those who DID get their shoes, you cant say you felt a taaaaaaaad LUCKY your order went thru.

The limit is 10 that's the highest the drop down quantity goes to lol for each size at least.
