Anyone know how these compare to OG Flyknit laces?

Waiting on a pair of university reds I recently scooped off of eBay, hope to have them tomorrow! Top 5 color way imo.
Oh ok. I messaged a guy an offer on a sz 10 the other day and he had just sold them to another guy hours before lol
Maybe that dude was me, haha. I just copped a size 10 VNDS pair of uni reds for $175 shipped off the bay about a week ago. Seller was asking $215 shipped but I talked him down. It was time to replace my beat up pair that had a hole in the toe box.

nice.. looks better with the black swoosh. Which method did you use? Was it the method with angelus paint diluted with the GAC900 heat set additive?

PMs were sent out weeks ago (going on a month) to 3 NTers that have done great custom work in the past. No replies yet.

Please leave you assumptions aside. With the hundreds of redundant/newb questions asked in here...why are you jumping on me? LOL. I'm just looking for help on custom work. I finally have a few days off of work and I'm ready to get this paint job done this week. Hence the urgency before I'm off vacation.

Also, the best tutorials in this thread don't mention a need for duller. But rather GAC 900 is a must for the tongue. My question is would FLAT BLACK or just BLACK Angelus Leather Dye be best? I'm thinking flat black, but not sure. I'd rather by the proper black paint outright. Eliminating the need for paint duller.

Best tutorial on NT to date

Legit? Seller stated they bought from Hoh last year so I'm skeptical. No of box also. Will compare later to my pair at home but just wanted the groups thoughts.

I'm no expert by any means, but there is something that looks off with those. The swoosh and toe box just don't look right? Could be the angle and lighting too.

looks fake to me , i usually look at toebox for confirmation but there is no pic of it, anyways the slants on the bottom of thre shoe should be clean big cuts those are like very small sloppy cuts

Once you compare them to your pair at home, you'll quickly realize just how fake they are. I remember seeing the link for these knockoffs; they were going for something like $70 or so. Seller's a punk.

So when I received my trainers they came like this and I was just gonna leave it alone but I'm sure someone smart in here can come up with a reasonable way to fix this to look atleast half decent.

I've washed my trainers using the washer a few times already but I still can't get the "cleaner" look. It looks the same to me or slightly cleaner. Followed the steps in the thread yet still can't get the results that I want. Oh well, might as well I rocked the s*** out of them.

u got them used bro?

Considering the last DS size 10 unpadded white trainers sold for over $1,000, I had to buy used. Been searching for months. The messed up part didn't look that bad in pictures and the left shoe was shrunk (only the left shoe :smh: ) seller never mentioned that either. I asked for a bit of a refund and he gifted me $20 back. It's odd though because the outsoles don't shoe much wear at all. Might send them to a professional restoration person.
