I'd send your research to PP. I had a POS try and rip me off for some Rockets/Lakers tickets. He lost, POS. I sent screenshots of our convo and had my Rockets rep show a screenshot of when my tickets accessed the arena. Surprisingly, no even called me and they gave me money back. Idiot tried to say the tickets didn't work and never bothered to call. Yeah, sure buddy. 

Anyway, send as much "known" stuff as you're away off. I've only been through the process once, but there should be a link to the dispute where you're transaction is. Open the link and add as much info as you'd like. It allows you to upload documents, too.  Probably wouldn't hurt to tell everyone in here who this turd is, too.

High chance you will. Open up a dispute, send PayPal your research of the legit and fake pair of trainers. Probably the conversations too if needed. You can call PayPal and talk to
Them. They'll help you.

Paypal is almost always on the buyers side, especially when it comes to legit/fake issues.

Not always a good thing. Most people think of scammers from the seller side, but there are a lot of scammers who are buyers

90% of scammers are buyers since when you are buyer there a far higher possibility for paypal to help you out

PayPal will most likely side with you anyways. You can't sell fake products through them period.

But yeah, you gotta be smarter. If you think you're robbing the person by getting a good deal, they're most likely robbing you
