Asked if they will be getting any more Racers at RRS. This was my response. I appreciate the honesty, bummer for VIP members who look forward to em. But I can't blame them they got screwed by Nike if I'm not mistaken by getting sent less than they were tol
welp. good thing i didn't renew my membership last year.

thank you RRS for hooking up a ton of Flyknits under retail the past few years.

Legit check and price check.

uh...who's buying lunars or frees though?

Nothing wrong with diversification.
Aside from my Racers and Trainers, I have a couple of 2014 FK Free 4.0s, a 2014 FK Free 3.0, and MC iD Lunar 3, also an Ultra Boost. All because it makes running more comfortable.

Anyone ever get an offer from a buyer located in China (or another country for that matter) that wants to complete a PayPal invoice transaction but have the shoes sent to a US address instead? Sounds like a good deal for me since I only have to ship it domestically but is there anything I need to be aware of before I go through with the sale? Am I setting myself up for the buyer to claim he never received the shoes and then open a dispute?

This is probably why people only ship to paypal CONFIRMED addresses right?

Setting yourself up for failure there. Do the opposite of Nike and just don't do it

Probably a scam.

I live in Singapore, so when i make purchases from the US i have them shipped to a mail forwarding company with a US shipping address all the time. So it isn't uncommon to do this.

Anyway i'm not familiar with the details, but logically if the Paypal transaction is to ship the shoes to the US address, and once tracking shows that it has reached, shouldn't responsibility end for you? Shipping from US to China is now the buyer's responsibility.

I doubt it's a scam tbh. Is the shipping address in Portland, OR btw? The commercial warehouses for mail fowarding companies are usually located there.

50/50 my man, i've shipped to something like that. overseas people sometimes have forward shipping companies, did it a few times. never had an issue, but at the same time you will get scammers out there. your call

You're good as long as the US address is linked to the Paypal account.

This situation happened to me. The person was from China but wanted me to ship the shoes to his son in New York as a "surprise". I was told to stay away as it's most likely a scam.

Same here lol. There are a few third party shipping carriers that are located in the states, mainly portland. To be safe, ensure the buyer's PayPal shipping address is the same as his 3rd party shipping carrier's address. Scammers are smart nowadays, there were cases where the seller shipped the item to the scammer's requested location(different from their paypal's address) and the scammer then open up a dispute stating the item did not reach and the seller sent it to the wrong adress resulting a refund + free kicks to the scammer.

This scenario is exactly what I was afraid of. Thanks NT fam for the advice.

The buyer wanted them sent to a random address in an LA suburb somewhere. Didn't look like a legit forwarding service to me....

Unfortunately it's dudes like the one I'm dealing with that ruin it for the legit folks outside the US that just want to buy shoes they can't get in their countries.
