+1 On receiving Fedex tracking # for my Volt Trainers. I still cannot believe how cheap these were considering they're coming from France ($143 all in).

Flyknits have been a favorite sneaker of mine since they're release, but it was only until recently that I started acquiring more and more pairs. My first pair was the university red/total orange trainers but I ended up trading them for the red racers seen below since I had a difficult time matching the orange with anything. This was around the time I got my volts which I had always wanted but didn't want to settle for the racers or electric greens. From there it has turned into a full out addiction and Flyknits have taken over my sneaker collection. I love the intricate woven design along with the combination of function, form and universal style they offer. I'm waiting on two more pairs to arrive and then will make a serious effort to obtain the blue glow colorway. My favorite pair is the white/black but my go to is the blue glow/volt since they really pop.

This is the first thread I check when logging into niketalk and I often try to answer questions that others post.

I am size 10.5 - 11 and from the Philly area

StoneyTony, steal of a trade getting rid of your Red/Orange Trainers for Red Racers! Although I generally like Trainers over Racers...that Red/Orange CW is the most unappealing Trainer (IMO).

I wouldn't consider it a raid if we are giving them business and clearing out their clearance stock for them. They must be just as happy as we are.
dude we raided them....LMFAO

its good because most ended up with a pair and they cleared their stock as you said

1. Total of 8 Flyknits

2. Loved Flyknits since I saw the HTM Flyknit collection being released last year in February at 21 Mercer. Couldn't wait to get my hands on a pair. I've been buying Flyknits ever since July 2012. I love how they perform and how they look casually. I love how they're made of recycled plastics. I love the innovation.

3. I've been a regular on this thread since these released and I try and answer questions and help other members out the best that I can.

It seems so hard to find HTMs in a 12 or 12.5. :nerd:

You guys figure that a pair of DS Banned 1s for some HTMs is a fair trade? Or is one on the losing end?

depends on how much you like the HTMs. In my eyes i would do the trade because they will always retro banned ones than HTMs its one and done

That's true. I've been contemplating it actually. If I saw the right pair of HTMs that I'm looking for, then I think I might just do the trade.
The price keeps getting ridiculous for a pair of Banned 1s now though and it's almost impossible to find good, DS pairs.

I've been looking for a lot of the OG colors and those I tend to find in 12s more readily available than 10s (my size).

So I guess you have a better chance of finding hard to find OG colors, but much more difficult chances to get HTMs.

And I would take HTMs in a heartbeat--especially if it's the multicolor ones.  Like Andrepad11 said, they are one and done.

Just making sure we're on the same page, we're talking about the 2011 Banned 1s right? The ones that released only in outlets? :nerd:

2) I'm a HYPEBEAST and only like flyknits because Kanye wears them.... Jkjk ever since I've first read about them I fell in love. I always wanted that one sneaker that I would consider my signature shoe and these are number 1 in my heart. I love how stylish a shoe can be with new technology.

3) I contribute here and there but nothing significant just yet

5) size 9.5

Flyknit Application

1.  I have 3 pairs of Trainers (Volts, B/W, Orange) and 4 Pairs of Lunars (Volt, Wolf Grey, Blue glow, and Charcoal/Neo Turq)

2.  I love Flyknits because they got me excited with what Nike has for the future.  To me, the Flyknit is about the connection with the shoe, the appreciation for its technology, and, above-all, pure sneaker enjoyment.  The joy I get when i come across an HTM pair or Volt trainers is unmatched when compared to any other shoe, in my opinion.  Just something special that no other shoe can replicate.  When I am bored, I'll bring up the first pages of this thread just to read the early posts and see the OG HTMs when they first came out.  These shoes are such a beautiful creation it is really nice to meet a group of people who feel the same. Every day I wear at least one pair of Flyknits, even if it's just to grab some groceries.  It's just a perfect, simple, shoe.

3.  I workout 5 times a week. So I'm healthy. I don't try to post just to post--I try to bring something to the group and not just up my post count.

4.  Pictures forthcoming. Edit - Added

Btw, arranging these shoes in a circle is more difficult than it looks.

5.  10 in Trainers/Chukkas; 10.5 in padded (FK 1).
