For the small footers, there's a size 7 on RRS of the Blk/wht trainers.

Use code CX13N165 to bring them to 127-130 shipped for VIP members.

Is there really such a big aesthetic difference between the original Trainers and the new ones with padding?
I would say it isn't exactly an aesthetic difference but more so a fitting issue. I've learned to overcome my hate for the ribbon laces (which can easily be swapped out), but I can't get past the padding. In my opinion, the padding actually made the shoe less comfortable for a variety of reasons. The original unpadded trainer had a form fitting heel cup which supports and holds your heel in place. Having no lining or padding made for a very natural, seamless fit; you barely feel the fact that you are wearing sneakers. The introduction of the padding took away that feeling. Once I put my foot in the shoe, now all I feel is rough padding and although 3/4 of the shoe still feels natural and form fitting, the padded area ruins the experience. The whole point of having a thin layer of flyknit wrapping around your foot is defeated by the addition of padding which renders the new trainer model no different than any conventional sneaker.

I switched the laces in my blk/gray FK racers to the NB oval laces and it's a huge improvement. The flat laces constantly came untied and they didn't hold as well in the lace loops so I had to lace the shoes tighter. I would highly recommend the swap for anyone suffering from similar issues.

You can still call them about it. RoadRunnerSports has a great customer service. I had done something similar where I forgot to add in a code at check out but I called them the next day and the representative gladly adjusted the price for me after I provided a code. They charge you for the initial amount, but after all this you will get a partial refund back for whatever additional discount you received.

I can understand the talk/complaining about the padding if it's a matter of not knowing whether a pair you're ordering has it or not because it may affect the fit of the Flyknits but what's the real issue with the laces? Is that just a matter of aesthetics?

I personally don't think the ribbon laces look that bad but if you're saying it has to do with them coming untied as a justification, I have no idea what you're talking about...they stay tied better than oval laces unless you don't know how to properly tie your shoes.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll def give them a call later on today. Much appreciated.

I am going to purchase Flyknit Racer, but I don't know what size to wear.

I wear size 9.5 in Nike Free Run 2 and 3.

Can you guys recommend me what size to wear?

Thanks

My two pairs finally arrived today, and these look just as sick as they do online. These are my very first pairs of Flyknits and was curious about the sizing so I went with the consensus here and stuck with my true size. After trying these on they feel very, I mean very snug. I fill in the entire shoe with no room to move with socks and get just a few millimeters of room barefooted.

Would these break in over time after a few wears or would I be better off returning these and getting a 1/2 size up? (Pretty bummed out now that I can't exchange sizes for the white pair since nearly all larger sizes have sold out on NDC)
Yeah I had the same problem, my size UK 8s got delivered which is what i'm in all my running shoes and casual shoes and they were snug as hell.

I've worn them all day yesterday and today and they have stretched out abit and hopefully will stretch out a little more too.

has anyone return anything to RRS? i used their prepaid label and returned on 5/25. as of today the tracking number still doesn't work. their customer service told me it usually takes 3 weeks before usps ships it out because it's considered bulk shipment. i'm starting to get worry i'll be out $250+ since i received no proof of shipping it.

Takes a long time, but you'll get your refund. FYI, they will deduct a restocking/shipping fee from that refund.

I'd gladly take that 10.5 orange racer off your hands .  Just missed out on the FTTF deal.  My girl just picked up her size though.  $80 is tough to beat.

If there are any UK heads around, check your local TK Maxx, they have racers in some sizes in the green and orange c/w for £70.

Considering the RRP is £130 odd that's pretty damn good.

Mine just came in today as well don't know if I wanna keep them size 10.5 was a little to small :/

Mine are really true to size. I have the same size as my roshes. Wearing with regular black socks(no church, not thick) They are a perfect fit, almost snug but not really? If that makes sense. Wore them today tho and they didnt bother me. I could size up and still fit them but I'm not sure if I would want to size up
