I think quite a few people had that issue. A few pages back some people mentioned getting a discount code and maybe the tax refunded. Not sure on that.

the last time that happened to me, I got 2 free pairs of shoes... Ordered one, they cancelled, yet sent me two pairs, free of charge. Happened to multiple people.
Anyone that has cancelled orders, go on UPS website, and track by reference. I'm in the middle of something so I can't explain step by step right now. I've posted it in this thread before... Or you can google it.

Tax refunded and 10% coupon code. Only way they justified it was the red racers bought from last year had no tax. Wasn't budging until I asked him to look at my order history lol.
