After seeing NDC Canada's stock of the 011 cw being delivered, it looks like what you see is what you'll get... the Black tongued version with Volt Flywire.
I, for one, am happy about the altered version releasing since I don't have to pay resale for the original 002 cw.
I'll probably snip the Volt Flywire if I grab those since I don't plan on running in them...The alteration on the new 011 makes me think that the Oreo 1.0 re-release will also be different in one way or another though :/

The Oreo 1.0 re-release could shape up to be a super mass produced GR with a lot of undesirable weaves (depending on what you like) and poor quality (a la Oreo 2.0).
However, the lighter overall knit on the 1.0 is likely to mask all but the most unbalanced weaves.

Going to wait for US release before I make my judgement on the new black colorway. In most cases Europe always gets the release before the US does, so no rush to cop!

i have three pairs of oreo 2's, 1 from the first batch and two from restocks. quality is exactly the same on all 3. the weaves are different (as expected considering the nature of multiple colored flyknit weaves).

all weaves will be unbalanced no matter what. they're not going to magically pay more attention to quality more when they make 10000 pairs vs 100000 pairs.
i for one am all about "super mass produced GR." let everyone eat. they're just shoes.
