They cancel it this time, I'm done with that site. I dont get why they keep adding sizes only to realize they cant fulfill them.  Its not like we are finding some back door way to order them.

Has anything been cancelled other than some of the original orders? They probably got a better idea of their allocation now. Probably one of the best sites around so you shouldn't write them off just because of that.

i joined in on the fun and tried to buy the 10.5 as well

just realized it said the preorder will be fulfilled on jul 22nd. maybe this is their 2nd shipment of the multis? it's possible that the people that ordered could get their pairs. my original order is still due for jul 1st.

They had a random restock of the lunar multi that got canceled for me. No matter what happens, I plan to buy a pair as soon as any store has stock. This order is basically my backup if the shoe is hard to get. I feel the hype will be big for them

How are you guys finding this information on when the order is due? I preordered as well but when I go to my order history page and click on the order it doesn't include any information on when they're set to deliver

I received a confirmation email giving me the date my pairs ship out.

Gotcha. RRS has some of the best service (and prices) so I wouldn't stay away from them just because of this.

+1 as much as the whole snafu with cancelled rrs orders was off putting, they make up for it with their customer service. they reply to tweets and emails in a timely fashion.

they're the one and only site that gets these dope colorways ahead of the pack. they get colors that ndc doesn't offer. and they can be had for under retail.

take a deep breath. be patient. it's just shoes.

Exactly. You don't find CS like they provide at RRS anymore. My business is theirs to lose and if they continue to provide great products and unmatched customer relations they will keep it.

I never bought anything from them before so I don't know what to expect from them. I was a bit put off that I got 2 orders canceled as my first experience with them. I know they are just shoes and really willing to pay full price and get them with ease. I hate the whole shoe game and having to wake up at 5 am pst to even have a chance for certain shoes.

All the talk about steaming makes me wonder if there's something I'm missing about the process. I steamed a couple of my pairs, original version trainers and racers. I simply held them over a boiling pot of water, at various angles for a few minutes and put them on and wore them around the house. They definitely felt more snug and form fitting right away. However, after I walked around in them for a while, it felt like they stretched back out to their original size.

With people saying they only needed 30 seconds, I am a little confused. Did you all let them cool before wearing them? I remember all the initial talk about niketowns having people put their shoes on right away and run in them. Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated. Thanks

The amount of steam/heat from simply holding them over a boiling pot probably isn't enough to have lasting effects.

having two orders does suck, especially if it's a first experience. the beauty of this thread is that past posts with invaluable content from esteemed individuals can be referenced. the multi trainers were my first rrs purchase even though I had been following this thread for a while, along with monitoring the site's stock.

there are aspects of the shoe game that aren't conducive to sound sleeping patterns, but it could be a lot worse. at least 8a est is not 2a as it currently is in Hawaii.
