been a while since the blk/wht v2 RRS debacle.. but RRS has always delivered for me even with many delayed emails.. glad everyone is getting a great deal.. :smile:
 
Ordered mine yesterday afternoon and haven't received an email confirmation yet. Just spoke to a csr over the phone and they said that an email will be sent with tracking and order information once the package ships since it was ordered on a weekend the emails don't get sent out. Kind of weird...NTers are bombarding they're systems and messing it up lol
 
The $114 deal is only first first time users. If you've ordered before, it doesn't work, unless you get very lucky and get a very generous sales rep on the phone

Customer rep being *****y.. I asked if I could use a different code instead to see if I could lower to $114 but she said the code I used to get $122 total was the best one available..

Don't know if I'm living at all. 4 hours after ordering still no confirmation. Called the same rep and she said she would send me the email herself, but still not here

I've ordered before and had VIP member ship for the first year and then cancelled it and still got it for 114 when I signed up again for VIP membership.

My rep was cool as hell. Asked if I wanted to sign up for the VIP code and I said no. He said if I do I could use the coupon code and my total would be $114.

I pay more attention to comfort as I get older, which is why I buy more runners.
 
Didn't get shipping info today, live chatted with a rep, and apparently they had my order on hold for the past 3 days smh. Fortunately, rep said that the order went through and downloaded when I ordered it, so that means it was definitely taken off the stock list. Should be getting shipped out tmr.

I was actually able to use the code and the VIP that I've had for almost 2 years
 
Hey NT fam, I bought 2 pairs of the bw volts for oops for a couple buddies and then both of them ended up not liking them in person. I don't have the receipts and footlocker is just allowing me to exchange them for other sizes or different colorways. Anyone have suggestions or tips on returning to FTL without a receipt? 
 
Didn't realize there were all these discount codes but I'd be happy to just get my size. Really hope orders don't get cancelled

You guys need to chill...trippin out because you haven't received a confirmation email 4 hours after phone ordering.

And ringing back hassling sales reps days later after your purchase to adjust your code to save a couple bucks

Damn.

Where is the live chat button? At the top I've only got My Account, Visit my neighbourhood store or Call. Then it's blank space, then Cart.
 
You'll only see the chat button when reps are available. Since I didn't see it earlier in the AM, I just called them.
 
i just called for the 10.5, apparently they are all sold out and won't be receiving any in the shipment first week of january. thus they werent taking my pre-order....WHAT
 
last time I order some ultra boost,  took about 2 months to arrive.  Let's hope its doesn't take that long this time around but just Expect delays from RRS, would be my advice for those of you that are impatient.
