These are general release shoes. I am not talking about the latest and greatest limited release of the weekend here. I can understand the derision of offering info on firm restocks for those. Reps should be aware, and should alert a customer, that a restock is pending when it's going to happen mere hours later. I don't see any pro for feeding the customer no information at best and misinformation at worst. I consider that pretty awful customer service.eeps lack the oversight of any restocks, and they wouldn't be inclined to tell you even if they did know. they may hint at a restock, but they're certainly not obligated to. All they have is what's in their system. A totally different department determines stock replenishments.
there are many pros and cons to not announcing replenishments/new product vs. bot city & 8am est tlo. either complain and focus on the negatives and why it makes life hard. or do something constructive like focusing on alternatives. on to the next one
