This was already established, check back the last few pages. There's a date for 3/21/16 that looks like the date they receive it in their warehouse.
 
FWIW, last night when it ordered, the status was "in transit to our dispatch centre"

and this morning it's up as in stock:

Got through on a size 8.5 just now through paypal. If it gets cancelled though, its no biggie then. I'll just wait for the actual restock.
 
saw these last night, but figured it'd be readily available on NDC now that nike is producing a boat load of racers. gonna wait it out for NDC or RRS for the low.
 
I placed an order even though it said 'out of stock'.

My order was first said 'awaiting payment'. It now says 'in progress'

As per Runnerinn website:

In progress:
We're currently preparing your order in our warehouse and, as a result, are unable to modify it at this point. That means, we received correctly your payment (in case of bank transfer payment), we received the copy of your ID (if we asked for it), and all items are physically available in our warehouse.

Now - in transit to dispatch center

placed an order from runnerinn this morning and it looks like it's in transit to the dispatch centre. not gonna get my hopes up but so far so good. It does say "in stock" when I look up my order info

You guys are misreading what in transit to dispatch center actually means though. It says on their website that the product (the racers) are in transit to their warehouse (meaning they don't have the shoes in stock yet). When they receive the shoes, then they will fulfill the orders, and then ship the shoes.
