What are you guys thoughts on the removing the volt flywire on the BWV? Know theres some DIY vids on youtube, but any comments on the overall structure of the shoe after removing it?

it doesn't seem like you will harm the structure of the shoe all that much but if you plan on ever running in them i wouldn't do it because it would ruin the lockdown of the shoe

I personally wouldn't pay more than $250 each, but i think they're probably going around the $300+ range.  Hype may have died down a bit since Kanye is no longer rocking them...lol.

I removed my flywire, i like the look a lot better. When your remove the flywire some paint from the white and and black swoosh will be removed since the paint was on the flywire. And I wouldnt use it from any strenious exercise involving your feet. Id be worried of stretching the flyknit without the support of flywire.

Looks good, how difficult was it to remove the flywire? Haven't checked out the DIY but may pick up a pair if it isn't too time consuming.

its easy for the most part just a little tedious. It took me well over an hour to do both shoes but i wanted to be very careful. And trimming the volt near the midsole was a little difficult. i didnt want any of the volt showing so i cut it real close. The youtube videos cover what to do very well.
