No, I'm an 11 or 11.5 depending on the shoe

I'm starting to get the flyknit itch guys. I love my MC Racers and I just ordered the white trainers. I'm not crazy about the laces though. What do you guys recommend as replacement laces?

Been looking for the red trainers for months. I'm an 8.5 but I can make the 8 work so I pulled the trigger.

people also don't realize there are 2 diff batches of flyknit trainers

one with padding on collar and without effecting the sizing of the shoe u can tell with the style of laces that come with it

I don't think the padding changes what size you wear, personally. It's just around your ankle.

Padding definitely effects which size you wear, hence TTS on Trainers with padding and having to go down .5 for the racers without.

Oh God... here we go again with this

I wear 9.5 for both the padded and unpadded. Both fit perfectly fine, so if you want to go up, down, TTS, steam them, make your own in sizing that up to you.

Buy whatever size you usually do

Totally disagree. I don't get a different size shoe based on padding on the ankle. The toebox length and width are not impacted by the padding. You're talking about two different shoes. They aren't the same form, hence the different sizing.

Not sure if this was posted but Red Racers are on sale at RW for $120.

In regards to sizing, it's always best to just go try on the shoes yourself in a store since it will be different for everyone. I see people post that you size up in Racers and TTS in Trainers. Personally, I go half size down on BOTH Trainers and Racers. I'm a size 10.5 in most shoes but need to go size 10 on flyknits since they run a bit bigger for me (gap in heel area) and they stretch out a bit over time. This is why you just need to go into a store and try them on for yourselves since there is nothing typical on how they fit. It will vary from person to person.

But what about the toe box area? I tried on the Lunar Flyknits in my size and they crammed my foot. That is where I don't get how people say they run big cause almost every flyknit I have ever tried on fit small to me. I don't get how people even size down, even with the whole "the shoe will expand" thing. Is your feet boarderline 10 to 10.5?

I size down because my real size is 10, but i like the snug feeling so I go 9.5. Some people on here have had the same issue as you and had to go a .5 up. The best way to find out is go to a store and try them on.

they both fit True for me. however the 1 is a bit more snug because of the padding. the weird thing with the trainer is I don't have to lace them up tight in order to get a snug feeling. they're stiff enough to hold up to the foot throughout movement. I also find that my foot stays in place even with a casual, loose lacing. while with the 1, I would never be able to walk around with the laces untied or tied loose.

Interesting—I thought Nike would have discontinued the unpadded Flyknit Trainer version by now. What's the production date on the size tag?

Got a new lens for my camera and took this photo while trying it out.  Was going to swap the laces for NB ones but they were too thick for my liking so I just kept the flat for now.

And here is a pair of sequoia's I got off eBay a few weeks back, my first pair of trainers and I am loving them.  Still probably prefer the racers over trainers though.

Probably only gonna get one of the 3 MCs as I find having all 3 to be redundant.

Liking the trainers the most so far.

What do you guys find the most comfy between the 3?
