Earlier i reported that .5 size up was correct with trainers. After further use (actually running) i found them to be too big. I just returned them for my true size. I would just stick with your normal size.

These are pretty much a neutral shoe, not a stability shoe.

I threw mine in the washer over the weekend and they came out looking brand new. Used a pillow case, normal detergent, and ran it on the hand wash cycle.

I'm in Cali, card was charged 150 but the shipping notification showed 155. I called and ask a rep why and she said it was for shipping to CA. I told her the site says free shipping! She refunded me the 5 dollars. Any bit helps.

If you live in a state where they have a store, you'll be charged tax. Go to run.com and check out their store locations.
