They were selling out months before Kanye even wore them. Read up on this thread and you'll see that the nice colorways aren't sitting in the shelves long (some didn't even make it to the floor) and that most store got their stock late so it wasn't widely available. This is one shoe that we can actually say that Kanye was late on.
i ve been checking the thread A LOT.go check on the pictures of people buying them and show me those whites percentage before kanye wore them,and then after.i own a couple of knits,and love them(not the whites though).not even anywhere near true?lol.peace.and btw since stores got their stock lately how can kanye be late on?the one negates the other.got me a sweet deal on those orange-grey racers btw.shoe is

If you have been checking, then you'll know everyone wanted the blk/wht and wht/blk around summer time, it sold out instantly once it hits the stores or online. Kanye started wearing his in November so yeah he is late and didn't start the hype because they have been selling out even before he wore it. Go ahead, go back to June and July, you'll see them selling out right away. People are looking left and right. The volts might be more popular but the wht/blk & blk/wt pairs were selling, I know because I was on this thread like a hound waiting for someone to post a link and I tried to buy but had no luck. FNL even ended up cancelling my order because everyone jumped on it. Again, go check this thread, I posted my hatred to FNL that day.
And yes, stores are getting more stock these days but that doesn't mean other store didn't get any during the summer. The low stock and people wanting them really bad resulted in it selling out but they sold out and plenty still didn't get their pair and now that stock is appearing, those who missed out are getting their pairs because they initially wanted it, not because Kanye wore them 3-4 months after they released.

hey all, anyone in here with a size 6 in the flyknit trainers? i bought them on run.com for my girl and notice that the laces on them are flat laces opposed to the thin ones on my size 9.5.
also for those who ordered from run.com, what does your box tag look like? mine is pretty different from the trainers I have from the original release date (volts). any help is greatly appreciated!

Still wearing the _ outta my volt racers. Got my orange trainers in waiting but frankly I don't really wanna take the racers off when I am just kicking around inside and around and about. Between these and roshes I am good on casual summer kicks for awhile.
