my volt racers from FNL shipped yesterday afternoon, so it looks like the restock is for real. they still have most sizes available too, which is a bit surprising to me. thought they would have sold out by now.

They're not really that limited compared to the other GRs. The volt racers are sitting at a lot of places.

i think the hype for the volts and orange colorways has died down. They've been out for half a year now.

There was never hype for the racers even thought they were suppose to be the flagship flyknit shoe. Only hype for the Flyknits at all were the HTMS

I'd say there was a good amount of hype during the Olympics...it had the masses outside of the shoe industry talking about them. Its just that most people won't pay $150 for a pair of shoes.

mostRunners will pay any price for a shoe, those(runners) who didn't want them were probably turned down by the lack of heel support and lack of good cushioning. Which is why the Flyknit Ones will be a hit.

Partially agreed and fixed.

That is exactly me.

I'm in the minority with these. I'm a decent runner, and there's NO WAY I'd pay $150 on a shoe that I'd put some serious mileage on or even as a casual shoe, especially with how bad these felt to me. With the F1s, on the other hand, I'd gladly pay that price, as they have pretty much have what the originals ZFKs lacked, imho; the COMFORT of the added sockliner, and the responsiveness and softness with the Lunar Bottomless Carrier. I know I'd be really tempted to run in them, but, for $150, I'd rather maintain them and use them for casual wear.

Im a casual runner and just looking at them Id never wear them for running, let alone pay $150, since weight not a priority when purchasing. But theyre my favorite casual shoe ive owned.

I don't know when but ndc restocked on the black/greys. My bad if posted already. Would they be the updated ones with extra padding and flat laces?
