has anyone tried coloring their flyknits with fabric marker? i want to color the tongue on my electric greens black, but i'm not sure how the ink would hold up.

So I managed to get a hold of a pair of Flyknit Wear Test samples called the London Elite. Story goes these were given to athletes backed by Nike. These came from a runner that competed in the London games which is pretty cool.

I haven't got a pair of the Racers but judging from what I can tell these use the Racer sole unit/last and are just a bit different in the actual knitting pattern. The main difference I can tell is the actual softness of the knit, with the whole shoe much more akin to a sock than the Trainer/Lunar 1 that I've got.

I took a pic of the whole shoe collapsed into itself to demonstrate it, without a foot or stuffing the whole thing sags aside from the heel counter which is reinforced. The result is astonishingly comfortable however I'm sure there's some sort of compromise in durability.

Anyway thought you might find some interest in them, I sure do!

Would like to know this as well..

Those all pink trainer would look better if the tongue was black, even more if it was a racer.  Tried on pink LFK 3-4x, will be bought once price drops.
 
^anyone color the white swoosh? Looking to change mine to a black swoosh with a fabric marker as well

Thanks for sharing the pics, doesn't look too "happy" in this day and age. I'd cop if the swoosh was black

where can someone get this fabric marker?has anyone tried with succes on the knits?any photos?the idea for a blackened swoos(or even better grey) sounds nice..

based on the id, it doesn't look like they are the ebay pair. so this makes 3 elites that have popped up in the last few weeks.
