Link below states that you're allowed a one time price adjustment but doesn't necessarily state this applies to codes.  I would just try and call them back and say you know of others who were refunded back as well.  Gonna try this myself later.

http://help-en-us.nike.com/app/answers/detail/article/refund-info/a_id/3408/p/3897

"Nike.com products that are marked down from the original purchase price are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase."
Thanks for the info.

I called back and mentioned "one-time price adjustment" and the rep instantly knew what I was talking about and even the coupon code in question without me mentioning it.

Price adj worked for me too, didnt even have to reference the policy. Thanks JJC, repped.

This here is one of the better threads on NT.

A customer service rep just refunded me the $32 for my volts that I ordered mid September as a one time courtesy.  Not bad at all
I've sent you a PM regarding your price adjustment for an order past 14 days, kind sir. Please do give me a reply when you get a chance.

In a nutshell, the nike rep I spoke wants to verify this was done in order to give me a price adjustment on an order I placed 3 weeks ago.

lol, the nike rep is gonna get in trouble

Received my white trainers from Dope-factory today and they are unpadded... So very disappointing.
wait a minute--they're unpadded AND your disappointed?  I know more than a handful of people who would love for that to happen.  Unpadded whites are pretty damn rare...

I have unpadded white and wish a had padded. With really narrow feet my black padded pair fits better than my whites. Completely agree with this man which is surprising because I was in favor of unpadded when the newer ones started rolling out.

It's not just the unpadded that makes it feel flimsy, but I'm a fan of the ribbon laces also.

Those look like early release--just like the pair posted a few pages back that had the same racer sole with the trainer upper and production dates that pre-date the GR flyknits.  Interesting find.
went to dxc sf this sunday and brought these with me. stopped by a few stands so they can check em out, and im very glad i bought these samples lol

What a clown. You going to resell the pair you just got too and complain about the next unpaded pair?

Nobody's reselling anything. I said I'm disappointed because I didn't expect to get an original version a year after it's initial release. Hop off my nuts.

what's the deal with this padded and unpadded stuff?

what part of the shoe is unpadded?

and how do i know which kind i got from nike recently (i did a phone order with them, but they weren't available online)?

thanx in advance.

padded comes with rope lace and the heel collar has not padding on it. It gives you a tighter feel, better with no socks, sometimes slices your heel up if you are not wearing socks.

Padded comes with ribbon laces, they untie easily, doesnt slice up your heel and have padding on the heel collar.

unless you are putting miles on these, it really doesnt matter between padded or non padded. The debate has been beaten to death in this thread. .

Back when nike made the switch to padded. I got the white trainers and half sized down thinking if get unpadded. Ended up with padded from run.com and wore it anyway. Even with thin nike socks wasn't comfortable for long wear. Kinda regret not returning thinking there wouldn't be a restock.
