Sorry I'm a noob - how do we get in on the preorder for the black/white racers from RRS?  Do you have to call versus online?  Is there a style number to reference?
 
Is the volt trainer (532984-301) are padded?

Im planning to buy online, I heard some people size down on unpadded, is that really much of a difference? I sized up on padded trainers btw. TIA

The style number you posted is for the Electric Green trainer, not the Volts.

To answer your question though, they're unpadded and I personally go 1/2 size down with the unpadded trainers (and TTS with the padded trainers) because I wear really thin no-show socks and like the more snug fit.

No worries, I just called them and they were able to help me out with the preorder; I think I've read others on here using some chat or video chat option. I checked my email and found the confirmation email, however, there's no style number included. I know it was mentioned in this thread at some point. Just call and inquire about the racers slated for a January '15 release, I'm sure they'll know what you're referring to. Their customer service is great.
 
Quick question - did they make large sizes in sequoia trainers? I've only ever seen small sizes, have yet to run across a 10.5 through a long time of searching.

Pretty sure the did. Haven't seen sequioas trainers for a while now. The best trainer cw by far
 
Is RRS gonna restock the jade racer ? Seems like it's totally out of their webby already. Need to cop another pair.
