I have both and I think it's a matter of preference.  Both are solid colors but some guys want that "weave" look of different colors in their flyknits.  Personally I like the simple colorways with the dark medial i.e. black/white, grey/black.  I'll probably get some heat for this, but I would take black/white or grey/black racers over the MCs any day.

Definitely a matter of preference. I wanted a more neutral colorway that could be worn with whatever, so I bought the grey/black colorway from NDC when they were available some months ago. Then I received my grey scales from the original RRS preorder and liked them significantly better than the grey/black pair. So much more so that I returned the grey/black and doubled up on the GS.

Cant go wrong with either one.

Very underrated. I get compliments every time I wear this shoe...it's probably my 2nd favorite to the orange/yellow racers .
