I made no insult to you. There is no place for that in this thread that has so much positive energy unlike most of the threads on NT.

Trainers were created for training, more support for longer runs. Racers are for the race day, streamlined for performance to achieve fastest run. Saying one is better than the other really makes no sense because both have different functions. But maybe if you are walking the mall IG'n selfies you surely can't tell the difference and would be pointless to own both.

"Panties" were never in a bunch. Just stating my opinion and pointing out a factual observation (your avatar). I even said "to each their own."

I respect you opinion about trainers/racers and I had a difference of opinion but why come at me?

What exactly is "factual" about my avatar?

I see no connection to my avatar with my opinion with flyknit trainers and racers. That's just ignorant on your part.

I had a chance to buy multiples of a certain shoe that I love in my size.

Nothing wrong with voicing opinions/arguing/debating over which is better. Insults however shouldn't have to be thrown around. The guy unintentionally did so and apologized for coming across as insulting so all good.

Personally they're both shoes are welcomed in my house; racer for biking and trainers for everything else.

I agree with this. From a performance standpoint, I see no problems with owning both the volt Trainer and Racer. However, from a purely aesthetic point of view, I would just stick with one. At the end of the day, though, everyone makes their own call and has their own purchasing behavior.
 
Good lord, the one friggin time I don't check this thread when I wake up and I miss another restock on the Volt's.

Did they have a size 9.5? I know someone posted the sizes at one point, but when they went up was there a 9.5?

Guess I'm stuck with the 10 I bought months ago, smh

^ Nice pics man. Orange trainers add a nice burst of color when worn with dark pants (same can be said of the Red Trainers as well).
 
I dont know if anyone mentioned this already. But has anyone steam fitted there flyknits? I know Nike was offering it a while back when the flyknit ones dropped. Suppose to make the shoe tighter and more custom fit. I was wondering if anyone has done it to theres yet.

Volt Racers are weak/redundant versions of the Volt Trainers.

Yes, 6-7.5,9.5,11,12 and 13 were the first sizes to pop up. A few moments later the rest of the sizes I posted appeared.
